Standard UK Delivery — £5
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Express UK Delivery — £9
Express orders are fully tracked and usually arrive within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.

International Delivery — Calculated at checkout
International shipping is calculated at checkout. If your country isn't listed, please email hello@casacelva.com and we'll be happy to arrange a shipping quote.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipping charges do not include any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected directly by the courier.

If a shipment is returned to Casa Celva because duties or taxes have not been paid, any charges incurred in returning the parcel to us will be deducted from the refund.

Tracking, Lost & Missing Parcels
All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@casacelva.com as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier.

Please report any suspected lost or undelivered parcel within 30 days of the expected delivery date. 

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided, or to a safe place, neighbour or other location requested or authorised by the customer, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery has been completed in accordance with the customer's delivery instructions.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help investigate with the courier.
